Journal entry---SNOW

Author's Note:This is a journal entry, in a romantic mode. I don't care for writing in a romantic mode but this wasn't to hard. Please leave comments about it.

Gently sparkling down from the heavens, snow as white as the clouds on a warm spring day.The white snow covers everything like a white fluffy blanket and keeps things cold instead of warm. The sound of a baby decares morning and soon children run out into the snow only to come back in for hot chocolate. Children push an dshove the snow into three glistening piles of snow. One smaller than the rest. The kids pile them on top of each other and stick branches out of the sides. They use carrots and small rocks to create a face. Then they step back and look at the masterpiece they just created. The children run off to some other game and leave behind a friend made of snow.

  1. I really like this! The symbolism was awesome and I like the storyish feel to it. There were a few spelling mistakes, but other than that I absolutely love this! You turned a symbol of tradgedy (snow) into a romance, which made it interesting and more fun to read.

  2. Yeah there probably were some spelling mistakes, I always spell worse on a computer than in real life....

  3. That was good. I liked the beginning where you said it was as white as clouds in spring, it was very clever. The only thing, like Alaina said, there were a few spelling mistakes, so maybe check twice next time. Nice job:)
